Client Implementation Associate

Functieomschrijving

As a Client Implementation Associate you’ll be an integral part of the company’s delivery team. By ensuring that material and logistical matters have been prepared to the highest quality standards, you’ll allow the rest of the delivery team (faculty and coaches) to focus on the delivery of the program.


  • Materials Production: Coordinate production, shipping, and tracking of all event materials.

  • Event Logistics: Manage logistics for on and off-site events, including setup, AV equipment, transportation, and meals.

  • Classroom Setup: Oversee classroom and breakout room layouts, preparing materials and spaces.

  • Team Preparation: Communicate with the event team, assign tasks, and provide necessary materials.

  • Event Support: Act as the main contact during events, ensuring smooth execution and support for facilitators.

  • Event Closure: Conduct debriefs, complete evaluations, breakdown setups, and resolve participant issues.

  • Live Online Events

  • Rehearsals: Schedule and manage rehearsals, ensuring all technology and staff are prepared.

  • Virtual Classroom Setup: Prepare and launch online classrooms, ensuring participants have access.

  • Troubleshooting: Address technical issues during sessions to maintain course flow.

  • Session Continuity: Step in seamlessly if a facilitator loses connection.

  • Question Monitoring: Monitor and address participant questions in real-time.

  • Breakout Room Management: Organize and monitor breakout rooms, keeping activities on track.

  • Interactive Tools: Manage polls, whiteboards, and other interactive session tools.

  • Process Compliance and Closure: Ensure process compliance and facilitate event closure with debriefs, evaluations, and resolution of any issues.

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in managing virtual meetings, training, or technical background.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).

  • Strong technical skills with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams).

  • A full time position 

  • A mid term mission (minimum 3 months, extendable to 6)

  • Location : Brussels and Krainem (home office possible after training)

  • You will work as an external cosultant via our Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions service.
