Introduction
Service Market Logistics (SML) is part of Volvo Group Trucks Operations (GTO). Our job is to design, manage and optimize the Service Market supply chain for all Volvo Group brands. This includes making sure that spare parts are distributed from supplier through our warehouse to the dealers, ensuring availability of parts everywhere in the world.

The discrepancy and rebalancing team is part of the Service Center community in SML Gent EU. You will be part of a small and dynamic team. Together with this team you are responsible for the administrative and financial handling of our customer complaints and returns to the central distribution center in Ghent.
Do you just love to
Monitor and handle the customer complaints claims within the agreed time frame and drive process improvements by collaborating with different partners in the organization.
Your main focus will be:
- Handling the incoming claims on deviations in our supply chain from opening the case, checking the pre-requisites, follow up till closing.
- Continuously improve by using customers’ feedback to make changes to our services, or processes and finally meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to closely monitor the markets or type of claims and take proactive measures
