Key Responsabilities :
- You will take the lead on the commercial part of the job and open as many jobs as possible
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Focus on the client side
Profiel
Successful candidate :
- We are looking for people with sales or recruitment experience in contracting/ Interim Management.
- You should be excited about talking to customers, engaging with people and creating a brand for yourself based on excellent customer service, professional delivery and sound advice and guidance.
- Act as a Business Developer
- A "Yes I Do" Mindset
- Fluent in Dutch & English.
- Commercial skills, Emotional & Situational Intelligence skills are a must
