Key responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data to support financial, operational and strategic opportunity identification, and translate them into detailed project plans.
- Develop frameworks and methodologies to validate and quantify the viability of identified opportunities.
- Conduct actions to validate the main assumptions in the field (events, customers, expert interviews etc).
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive business cases that outline potential benefits, risks, resource requirements, and financial projections.
- Collaborate with various teams, including R&D teams, sales & marketing, finance and operations, to align project plans with organizational goals.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops and ideation exercises to generate innovative concepts.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape and technological advancements to enhance the innovation process.
- Regularly review and refine methodologies for opportunity assessment, validation and project planning.
- Present findings, recommendations and project plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of projects, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
