Business Analyst / Product Owner
Functieomschrijving
As a Business Analyst / Product Owner, you will work on strategic projects across key areas in the banking industry.
You will act as the primary link between IT and business teams and be responsible of:
- Analyzing customer needs and translating them into actionable, functional solutions.
- Leading and coordinating projects within the banking sector, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Developing clear business cases and guiding implementation efforts.
- Managing stakeholders, ensuring transparent and proactive communication across all involved parties (internal and external).
- Continuously optimizing processes to improve the overall customer journey and experience.
Profiel
- Ideally, at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner.
- An experience in the banking / financial sector is a plus.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to evolving customer needs.
- Great communication skills.
- French and English are a must have. Dutch is a plus.
