Administrative Coordinator
Functieomschrijving
- supporting the administrative aspects of the organisation
- managing the workflow of the organisation and helping members to meet deadlines;
- managing finances (invoicing of inputs and outputs, petty cash, follow-up)
- managing the calendars;
- Organising and supporting meetings and trainings as required;
- Booking team travel as required.
Profiel
- Bachelor degree in secretariat or equivalent qualification;
- 3-4 years experience in a similar position;
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English and French;
- High proficiency in MS Office (especially Word; Excel; PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of CMS, website maintenance and SharePoint;
