What will be your responsibilities?
- Facilitate the incorporation of new clients and commencement of matters.
- Aid in the arrangement and subsequent follow-up of invoicing procedures.
- Supervise the adherence to Know Your Client (KYC) identification protocols.
- Track and ensure compliance with Bar points.
- Handle document archiving, uphold database accuracy, and manage printing responsibilities.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance, encompassing the creation of PowerPoint presentations, coordinating travel logistics, and overseeing timesheet management.
- Effectively organize schedules, arrange appointments with clients and colleagues, and manage logistics for recruitment interviews.
- Serve as a substitute for other administrative assistants when necessary.

- Demonstrate a proficient command of English and possess a solid passive understanding of either Dutch or French.
- Hold a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree (although not obligatory), or can present equivalent work experience.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Display an inclination for financial and billing systems, expressing a genuine enjoyment of numerical work.
