We are seeking a part-time interim colleague to join the planning team. This is a replacement contract, as one of the current colleagues is working at 50% capacity. The duration of the mission is currently unknown, with a minimum period of 2 months.
The primary responsibility of the administration & planning assistant is to provide essential administrative support to the service staff provision. This role involves assisting with scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks related to staff deployment. The administration & planning assistant will work closely with account managers, team leaders, and the HR business partner to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and deploy floor staff to ensure full coverage of all positions.
- Create and manage work rosters, considering staff availability and site requirements.
- Track leave entitlements, including annual leave, public holidays, and statutory leave, in compliance with Belgian labor laws.
- Ensure appropriate leave scheduling while maintaining adequate staffing levels.
- Administer working hours, leaves, and vacations.
- Collaborate with the payroll officer to process payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with Belgian social security and tax regulations.
- Handle administrative aspects of parental leave, care leave, and other forms of time credit.

- Thursday AM
- Friday PM
Total: 19 hours per week (negotiable).
Profiel
The ideal candidate must:
- Be fluent in French and English (additional languages are an asset).
- Be available to work 50%, ideally spread over 5 days a week (negotiable).
- Have experience in planning activities (this is a must).
