About imec.istart We believe in entrepreneurship and technology. Our mission is to support tech entrepreneurs when they're ready to take the plunge. We do this with globally recognized coaching programs for tech startups that are supported by imec. And with an initial investment to speed things up and convince other financiers. Imec.istart was launched in Belgium in 2011 as one of Europe's first startup accelerators. More than 12 years later, our investment portfolio includes more than 340 startups and scaleups and we support tech entrepreneurs through our renowned mentoring programs and an extensive partner network in Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy. Toon websitehttps://www.imecistart.com/ What are you going to do? - Supporting entrepreneurs. Advise our entrepreneurs on where to find the best talent and which forms of talent (payroll, freelancers, interns, mentors, ...) best suit their needs. Help them set up the right structures and processes and motivate them to achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
- Organizing activities where talent is central. Take charge of HR-related activities within the imec.istart program, such as workshops and Demolition Days, as well as managing our mentor pool. You also take the initiative to continuously improve our existing, or new, talent activities.
- Creating awareness. Contribute to the positive awareness of our programs and inspire people to become entrepreneurs.
- Network and connect. Build strong relationships with startups, mentors, and other stakeholders within the ecosystem.
- You will work closely with our Team Dynamics coordinator at the intersection of talent and leadership, and you will help where colleagues can use a helping hand during peak periods.
- You can work from Ghent (Wintercircus) or Antwerp (The Beacon and Dunden), and we also have locations in Liège (La Grand Poste) and Diepenbeek (Health Campus Limburg).
Profiel
Wie ben jij? - Belichaming van de ondernemersmentaliteit. Wees zelf het voorbeeld van een ondernemende mindset en straal innovatie en flexibiliteit uit in alles wat je doet.
- Expertise in HR. Je beschikt over gedegen kennis van payroll, HR-wetgeving en andere relevante HR-processen, en je blijft graag op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends in dit vakgebied
- Je werkt en denkt op Master niveau.
- Je hebt minstens drie jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een ondernemende context.
- Ervaring in het runnen van een tech startup of werken met startups is absoluut een plus.
- Je bent een goede communicator, minstens in Engels en Nederlands.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler en hebt ervaring in het werken in een multidisciplinair team.
- Je zoekt naar een gevarieerde job in loondienst in een stimulerende en dynamische omgeving.
