As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities are:
- Manages sales and customer relationships for assigned clients.
- Prepares offers, processes orders, and promotes E-Shop usage.
- Maintains client data and supports internal/external teams.
- Uses telesales to drive growth, cross-selling, and digital channel adoption.
- Understands customer needs, market, and competitors.
- Handles inquiries, complaints, and sales opportunities efficiently.
- Collaborates with external sales and reports on project progress.
Profiel
A successful Inside Sales Representative should have:
- Experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service role.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, Italian, and Spanish.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- A passion for sales and a customer-centric mindset.
