As a Field Service Engineer with project responsibilities, you will:
- Design and Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to conceptualize and develop equipment and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from conception through to installation, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with client specifications.
- Installation and Commissioning: Lead the on-site installation and commissioning of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance services, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer training to clients to ensure the longevity and reliability of the equipment.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Experience: Proven experience in field service engineering
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is a strong asset
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: proficiency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
