We are looking for a dedicated
Level II Onsite IT Technician to join our dynamic team. You will handle PC and mobile device support tickets, assist users with advanced system issues, and perform tasks like tracking IT inventory and device imaging. You'll use client-owned tools such as MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM, and support special projects as needed. This role requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
This position is onsite at a client facility in Belgium, with typical working hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, excluding standard holidays.
What You’ll Do:- Tackle complex technical issues via phone or in person, providing swift and effective solutions to keep our client’s operations running smoothly.
- Deliver comprehensive technical support assisting clients with Windows OS, network, mobile device, and security troubleshooting, ensuring their systems are secure and efficient.
- Manage advanced configurations in Microsoft Azure, Exchange, and Active Directory, optimizing our client’s IT environments for peak performance.
- Document and track incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless follow-up.
- Uphold service excellence by adhering to established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
- Build positive client relationships and represent Mechdyne’s products/services.

- Protect our clients by effectively managing security threats and VPN technologies, ensuring their data and systems remain secure.
- Demonstrate your attention to detail through clear and effective communication, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Bring your self-motivation, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn to our dynamic team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and success.
Qualifications That Will Help You Shine:- Experience in desktop support is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is equally valued.
- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, PXE Boot, or Autopilot is beneficial, yet we welcome those eager to develop these skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Exchange Online administration is advantageous, but we also provide training to help you excel.
- Knowledge of VPNs, Active Directory, and mobile device management will set you apart, though we support continuous learning.
- Strong technical aptitude and mobile device literacy are great assets, and we encourage those with a passion for technology to apply.
