Inside Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a full time INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR for our Sales Department responsible for our Swiss customer base, positioned in Antwerp, Belgium.
Key Responsibilities - Offer import/export/cross trade rates to both forwarding companies (NVO’s) and direct accounts (BCO’s) in close coordination with our trade commercial management.
- Follow up on offers made and ensure fast and correct rate filings after a successful negotiation.
- Actively grow our customer base (new and existing accounts), deliver volume targets, monitor customer performance, and maintain customer databases.
- Pro-actively improve customer experience, share new services, policies, and IT products through various media channels. Contact customers for market info and business opportunities, build and strengthen our customer relationships on ongoing basis.
- Cross-functional coordination within the company improving customer satisfaction and increase the service quality for our customers.
Profile - Keywords are enthusiastic, initiative, hands-on, self-motivated, relationship builder, structured, open minded, strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical focus, respectful, handle numbers easily. Able to work under pressure, no nine to five mindset. Constructive problem handling and commercial customer focus is your second nature.
- Acquainted with latest MS Office applications. Fluent in English whilst having a thorough knowledge of Dutch, French and German is a great asset.
- You have a bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics Management or at least 1 year experience in the logistics/shipping industry.
