DHL Express is seeking a Senior Booking & Planning Agent for its office in Diegem, Belgium. The purpose of this role is to process bookings and plan capacity utilization to achieve the optimum utilization of the available ACS capacity on the DHL flown and trucking network.  

As a Booking & planning agent you will be responsible for your customers.

You will advice them in matters as the contractual agreements, capacity access and prioritization for there goods.

As a booking & planning coordinator you're in charge for the process bookings and you plan the capacity utilizations on the DHL flown and trucking network.

To maximize your sales opportunities and space, you know how to use the right systems, for example NPG/NCG, H&G, AIRSIDE, ROADOPS, ACS, ....

Also you'll process the booking requests and you'll stand in for the day-to-day capacity management issues. 

Experience in the cargo aircraft industry and knowledge of aircraft configurations and equipment/contours is a benefit

Fluent in English and Dutch written & spoken. (Other languages a benefit)

Excellent computer skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Strong customer service orientation, sales experience is a plus

Strong diplomacy and persuasion ability

Flexible in working hours and ability to adjust to changes 

You are both autonomous and a teamplayer, motivated team player, shares best practices and supports other team members to achieve ACS goals and objectives
