In full growth, our sales department is looking for its BeNeLux Sales engineer (M/F) to contribute to the development of the company in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg.

Role overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales process in the BeNeLux region, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the definition and execute the sales strategic plan for the BeNeLux region.
- Generate leads through various channels including networking, attending marketing events…
- Understand potential customers’ needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to nurture the sales strategic plan.
Profil
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in commercial engineering or related degree.
- Proven experience in managing the sales process from A to Z.
- Knowledge of measurement technologies, metrology and qualification process is a plus.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare and food industries is a plus.
- Good technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
- Will be travelling on customer sites.
- Organized, methodical.
