Business Intelligence & Procurement assistant

Description de la fonction

A - Commercial Intelligence Tasks:




  • Identify new business opportunities by monitoring funding agency websites daily.

  • Target projects of interest to AGRER and circulate relevant information.

  • Track information on upcoming projects in preparation stages.



B - Administrative Support for Operational Departments:




  • Prepare letters of interest and prequalification files for the company.

  • Coordinate with partners to collect required documents.

  • Order official documents (social security, notary, etc.) as needed.

  • Pre-select reference files for projects.

  • Compile and dispatch application dossiers; track shipment progress.



Administrative Support for Proposal Preparation:




  • Prepare documentation (submission letters, signature authorities, etc.).

  • Tailor presentation materials to project requirements.

  • Send clarification requests to clients as needed



Maintain Updated Company Presentation Materials:




  • Update general or thematic presentations, reference lists, and project sheets in both French and English.

Profil


  • Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Strong focus on accuracy and structured work methods.

  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational abilities.

  • Naturally responsible and accountable in all tasks.

  • Works well in collaborative environments.

Offre

  • De € 2.400 à € 2.800 par mois

Monthly salary between 2400- 2800 euros gross depending on experience
