Electromechanical Service Engineer
Description de la fonction
For the position as Electromechanical Service Engineer:
- You make the necessary schedules and installation plans for the installation and start-up of the machines
- You coordinate together with the customer the on-site installation process
- You are responsible for the technical final inspection before dispatching the machines to be installed
- You ensure that everything has been assembled according to the plan
- You confirm that all items in the offer are present and conduct the final functionality check of the machines
- You are responsible for the maintenance and service interventions at the customers' sites
- You travel to the customer to address and resolve the problem on-site in case of complaints or issues
- You report, take care of the administration of the service tasks and provide feedback to the organization
- You give presentations/training sessions (internally and externally) and present the project/product to customers
- You travel internationally on a regular basis (up to 60%)
Profil
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics
- Experience is beneficial but not essential
- You have a strong technical comprehension and excellent knowledge of electromechanics
- You are highly adaptable and can quickly familiarize yourself with the products
- You know how to prioritize tasks
- You can work independently without compromising team spirit
- You possess a proactive personality with a sense of initiative and a customer-oriented/commercial mindset
- You aim to continuously enhance the quality of your work
- You have a good proficiency in English
