We are looking for an administrative assistant.
Key responsibilities :
- Keep calendars up to date
- Coordinate and support members through email or on the telephone
- Manage membership of Committees, Working Groups (WGs), Task Forces (TFs)
- Coordinate Platform projects through information flows received from the membership & the Secretariat
- Organise Committee, WGs, TFs and ad hoc meetings
- Responsible for the preparation of internal seminars/workshops organised by the unit
- Layout of position papers, reports
- Travel organisation and budget follow up
- Uploading various documents for members on the intranet or on public website
- Responsible for the unit archives
