Job description
- Sales and post-sales support: deliver product/service sales via phone with expert advice for customers, and efficiently manage post-sales documentation to drive organisational goals.
- Issue resolution & customer satisfaction: provide timely and quality responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer relations adhere to defined standards and responsiveness.
- Knowledge enhancement: continuously refine and expand professional skills and technical expertise in Customer Service to leverage them effectively within the organisation.
Profile
- Bilingual proficiency in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Three years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer tools, preferably with knowledge of a CRM tool.
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
