Job description
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics departments to streamline operations.
- Promote company products and services.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge to offer expert advice to customers.
- Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service targets.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents efficiently.
Profile
A successful Customer Support should have:
