Our client is an international company located in Brussels that distributes chemical products and that produces industrial minerals. Today they are urgently looking for a Customer Service OTC (Order To Cash) to reinforce the UK Market. The job is Brussels based but two days / week of home office are possible.

Job description
As Customer Service OTC UK you will have following responsibilities:
- You are the main contact person between all parties (HQ, internal departments, clients, transporters, carriers, ..)
- You manage order to cash processes: customer inquiries, documentation, pricing, orders, credit and payment notes, ..)
- You handle claims and complaints
- You are the back up of your colleagues
- You handle deliveries (adapt changes in SAP)
- You make sure the logistics flow works well and follow up on every step
Profile
As Customer Service UK markets you have following profile:
- You are Native in English
- You have proven experience in Customer Service OTC, Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain roles
- You have strong communication skills
- You think only in terms of solutions
- You can handle deadlines
