We are looking for an HR administration : 

 part-time position (60% of full-time) offers a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and HR in a fast-paced, dynamic company.



Key Responsibilities



Finance Administration




  • Book invoices in the system.
  • Check outgoing invoices for accuracy.
  • Prepare and execute outgoing payments.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare and coordinate stock counts.


HR Administration




  • Handle payroll activities in collaboration with the social secretariat.
  • Manage holiday planning and absentee tracking for a 15-person team.
  • Oversee recruitment administration and processes.


 

Profile

Professional Skills




  • 2-3 years of experience in finance and HR administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and high productivity.
  • Fluent in either French or English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Driven and capable of thriving in an agile environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
