Job description

The main responsibilities for this job include:

  • Administrative support to General Secretary and Deputy General Secretary
    • Agenda management.
    • Formatting and sending letters and e-mails.
    • Liaising with members and EU institutions.
    • Coordinating and organizing business travels.
    • Handling various ad-hoc tasks on request.

  • Administrative coordination of meetings (in-person, online and hybrid), also in the framework of EU projects:
    • Practical arrangements (invitations, registration, venue, hotel, technical equipment…).
    • Follow-up of meetings.
    • Ensuring effective communication with members

Profile

The requested qualifications for this job include:

  • A bachelor's degree in administration or relevant experience.
  • 1-5 years' experience in administration, preferably in a European or international work environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Fluency in English, with a good knowlegde of French.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude and an ability to prioritize daily workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Balance between being a team player and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactivity, open-mindedness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
