Job description
Our client, located in Brussels, is looking for a Legal counsel available as a freelancer and experienced in Legal Consulting in the area of Employee Benefits.
Your task
- is to assist the Tax & Legal Team Employee Benefits/Health Care and provide legal assistance, to limit the legal risk exposure and achieve full compliance with the applicable regulation.
Your mission relates to a large scope of Legal domains (Insurance law, Discrimination Law, Contract Law, GDPR, Labor Law & Social Security, Tax law) and consists in:
? performing legal and fiscal support in the business line
? follow up complaints and disputes with the ombudsman and/or inspection authorities
? if necessary, create information notes regarding business related topics
Your task

Profile
Your Profile
- At least 3 years professional experience in Insurance Law, Employee Benefits or Social and Labor Law (Law Firm, Insurance Company)
- Knowledge of fiscal regulation in Employee Benefits
- Knowledge of Complementary Pensions
- Master's degree in law with relevant experience in: Insurance Law, Social and Labor Law and Employee Benefits.
- Language required: Dutch and/or French
