Accounting & Billing Specialist
Job description
- Coordinate and execute accounting and billing processes
- Ensure timely issuance of invoices and follow-up on payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance Department to streamline financial operations
- Prepare and present financial reports and statements
- Comply with all financial regulations and standards
- Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations
- Contribute to financial planning and budget control activities
Profile
A successful Accounting & Billing Specialist should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and billing systems
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
- Fluent in English and French
