For our client, a leading international distributor of truck parts, we are seeking a Commercial Sales Support Administrator for the Romanian market.



 

Commercial Sales Support Administrator automotive - Romanian market

Job description

As a Commercial Sales Support Administrator, you will be the essential link between our customers and their product needs. Your responsibilities will include:




  • Following up on incoming leads and managing orders from start to finish after a thorough training period.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and advising them on specific truck parts.
  • Preparing quotes and pricing proposals.
  • Conducting negotiations to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Profile


  • You have a strong interest in or passion for trucks and the automotive sector.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical knowledge of trucks and their components is beneficial but not essential, as extensive training will be provided.
  • Strong digital skills, with the ability to quickly learn ERP and CRM systems.
  • You have excellent commercial and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in both Romanian and English.
  • You can travel independently to the site.
  • You can adopt a flexible approach when required.
