Freelance HR Project Manager
Job description
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of over 100 new team members over the next 18 months.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure that all new hires receive the appropriate training and development support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet project milestones and align with overall HR goals.
- Monitor project progress, adapt strategies as needed, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Profile
A successful Freelance HR Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a large-scale recruitment project.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across teams.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to project challenges.
