Our client is a huge player in the Fashion Industry. They have grown from 2 to more than 130 people over the 11 years they now exist. They have developed a very strong brand across borders as well. Today to reinforce the Customer Service team they are looking for various profiles for a temporary mission of 6 to 9 months minimum. They are looking for:

Job description
As Customer Service you will have following responsibilities:
- you input the orders in the platform
- you follow up the status of delivery and you make sure you keep your clients informed of any (possible) changes
- In that aspect you collaborate closely with the logistics team
- you are the single point of contact of your clients
- you manage inquiries and specific requests
- you handle complaints
- you do the back up of your colleagues when off
Profile
The Customer Service has following profile:
- You speak fluent English and another European language (Polish, German, Spanish, ...)
- You have a first experience in a customer oriented role
- You can start asap
- You are free for a period of min 6 to 9 months (may even be longer)
- You have strong communication skills
- You are precise, meticulous and can respect deadlines
