· Translate user requirements into detailed functional specifications that guide software development and implementation.
· Document, analyse and assess the impact of business and functional requirements on related processes and systems.
· Own the creation of user acceptance scenario based on business inputs.
· Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
· Able to take a helicopter view and challenge proposal in line with business requirements.
· Passionate to optimize processes using technology.
· Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies and propose appropriate solutions.
· Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights for informed decision-making.
· Provide end-user support and training, addressing questions and concerns related to system functionality

Profile
Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business & functional analyst role.
Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
Experience in automotive or relevant industry will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of Atlassian applications Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Proactive, resilient, service-minded and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Good communicator, quality & customer minded, team player and problem solver.
Attention to details.
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Motivated and Passionate to learn, share, help and deliver
Expected minimum 2 days on-site
