USG Professionals is looking for a Business Analyst for Drive&Care team (backend development) for our client in the region of Brussels.
As part of the customer portal backend development team you will work on preparing requirements for development team based on Product owner and other customers requests. You ensure that result of your work is delivered with quality and in timely manner, standards are followed and requirements are clear for the development team.

Technical:
The candidate Business analyst will be able to demonstrate the following competencies
Soft skills
The candidate Business analyst will be able to demonstrate the following competencies
- Ability to create flowcharts, process maps, and other visual representations of processes.
- Strong proficiency in writing a technical diagram for example : class diagram, sequence diagram, state diagram, technical flow.
- Skilled in modeling business processes using tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
- Experience in Agile and Scrum
- Experience in Java, JavaScript, identity and access management (ForgeRock), TAAS.
- Knowledge with APIs + with Postman for API testing
- Knowledge in C#, NodeJS, Typescript, SQL (nice to have)
- Knowledge in System Architecture: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) + familiar with microservices architecture (nice to have)
- O365 (Teams, SharePoint, ...) and Atlassian suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence, ...) skills
Soft skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and management.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to troubleshoot + Root cause analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
