Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and drive the sales business transformation across Europe.
1 demand and supply transformation:
Evaluate and map current Demand & Supply processes
Cross functional collaboration to align KPI's, find inefficiencies and propose solutions
Support reporting preparation
2 Optimised product ordering
Perform portfolio analysis
Drive bestsellers alignment across markets in close collaboration with the product team
3 System User requirements
Evaluate and map current physical stock management process and systems
Support to define future ideal system and process
Map and agree on the transitional flow to support the different steps of systems deployment
4 Reporting Development
Coordinate the POWERBI reporting development in collaboration with IT.
Gather detailed user requirements
Support User Testing

Technical
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Admin or a related field – or equivalent qualifications
Proven experience in project management à Technology and Software implementation projects.
Strong technical background with a good understanding of chatbot tech, AI and machine learning
Basic understanding oflegal considerations related to technology deployment, data privacy and compliance.
Excellent analytical,research and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the cross-functional teams and present information clearly to stakeholders.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is preferred.
