Job description
The client has started a project to replace its legacy IAM system (called DOA) with Sailpoint IdentityIQ for its headquarters and all its affiliates within Europe.
The goal is to utilize the existing installation of IdentityIQ to replace the legacy bespoke DOA IAM system.
Given the DOA system manages user accounts for 130.000 users across 10.000 organizations and has a broadly federated admin model the biggest challenge is reliable discovery of all the different ways and processes in which the DOA system is used across TME, its headquarters, affiliates, retailerships, and other organizations.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to:
- work with customers to analyze the existing identity and account management processes and prepare their migration onto our Sailpoint solution
- analyze as-is processes and help draft to-be processes (in line with existing functional frameworks we are building in Sailpoint IdentityIQ already)
- gather and formalize requirements and help the Solution Architect to translate them into solution design
- identify gaps and cooperate with the Solution Architect on designing changes to close them
- gather and analyze user data from as-is systems to crosscheck against the requirements
- organize and run workshops with customers
- prepare functional test cases based on the requirements

- significant previous business analysis experience, ideally in the identity and account management domain
- knowledge of identity and account management processes and practices in big companies is a plus
- experience in working with development teams (architects, developers)
- plus: experience with business analysis from implementation projects in multi-national corporate environments
Technical and methodical skills sought:
- business analysis methods, process mapping and modeling
- methods for visualising processes (BPMN, ER diagrams, flowcharts)
- basic tools for data manipulation and analysis (MS Excel, relational DBs, Python/Pandas/R is a plus but not a must)
- ability to work with data from various other systems (ADs, LDAPs, bespoke APIs), analyze the data, crosscheck them against business assumptions and drive decisions
- ability to work in diverse multicultural environment
- independent worker, able to plan ones own work
- good communicator, experienced in working with 100% remote teams
