Functieomschrijving

As a Business Developer, your main responsibilities will be to




  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients within the industrial sector.



  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize revenue growth.



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.



  • Negotiate and close deals with a consultative sales approach.



  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Profiel

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:




  • Proven track record in hunting and new business acquisition in a B2B industrial setting.



  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.



  • Fluent in Dutch and French.



  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.



  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and key account management.
