As a draftsman, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

• Drafting industrial steel projects in collaboration with fellow draftsmen;
• Reviewing and completing existing plans as needed;
• Providing advice during the conceptual phase;
• Taking safety, materials, dimensions, and other factors into account;
• Processing changes and updating drawings to meet customer requirements;
• Aiming for innovation and continuous improvement;
• Preparing project documentation;
• Managing drawing software and ensuring everything is up to date.

Our client is looking for an experienced draftsman in the metal industry with the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in drafting, engineering, or a similar field.
• At least three years of experience working as a draftsman.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Someone who can work well on their own but also enjoys being part of a team.
• Great at staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things moving smoothly.
• Calm and efficient, even when things get busy.
• A proactive thinker with a sense of responsibility and an eye for innovation.
• Accuracy and attention to detail—you notice the little things that matter.
• Solid knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with tools like X-Steel, Trimble, or Tekla.
