The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales and Operations Planning for a specified Franchise within a country or small region through demand analysis and collaboration with local Sales, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain teams from our location in Mechelen. In this role, a typical day will include:
- Maintain S&OP Processes:
- Set targets, provide training, and maintain effective S&OP processes for assigned products.
- Align with the global demand planning process.
- Understand Country Needs:
- Develop informational decks and reporting to assess plans.
- Consider supply constraints and unique country requirements.
- Demand Forecasting:
- Review unit and dollar demand forecasts with country counterparts.
- Align ROFO (Rolling Operating Forecast) submissions with market activities.
- Gap Analysis and Accuracy:
- Identify gaps between plans and financial commitments.
- Strive for accurate ROFO submissions to regional/global counterparts.
- Improve Forecasting:
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and drivers of variance.
- Enhance forecast accuracy to optimize customer service and inventory levels.
