Our client is looking for a
student to join the
technical support team for Spyder products on a
part-time basis. Spyder products are color measurement equipment and software primarily used in B2B applications for measuring colors across various industries, such as graphic design, textiles, and coatings. The ideal candidate is willing to learn quickly and able to identify and classify customer inquiries across a wide range of topics.
As a student in technical support, you will perform the following duties: - Analyze and resolve basic customer requests in technical support (via email - ticket system Zendesk).
- Complete requested information from customers to allow the rest of the support team to provide a faster solution to the customer.
- Collaborate closely with other colleagues to relay customer feedback and improve our products and services.
