To support the region Western Europe, we are looking for a Strategic Project Manager (Market Intelligence – M&A)Responsabilities:As a Strategic Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and advising the COO of Western Europe on strategic projects.
- Leading strategic and operational projects (including M&A, restructurings, integrations).
- Conducting industry and market research, competition analyses, and benchmark studies to prepare responses for the board of directors.
- Preparing ad hoc analyses and presentations for the board of directors and the regional management team.
- Performing data analysis and drafting recommendations.
- Regular consultations with regional CFOs and CEOs.
- Additionally, you will prepare and attend regional board meetings, budget presentations, and strategic discussions, providing insights for top management decision-making.
Profiel
- Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in M&A
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
- Proactive and pragmatic – able to prioritise projects and agendas.
- Team player with strong organizational skills & capable of working autonomously.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication in English, Dutch & French.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
