- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with the service providers
- Ensure top-tier performance by supervising contractual KPIs for availability and reliability
- Skillfully negotiate service settlements with customers
- Build and expand a robust supplier network for maintenance
- Explore business opportunities for providing spare engines, wheels, and final drives
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with fleet planners to prepare and manage full-service operation budgets
- Formulate long-term plans for service improvements and expansions
- Work in harmony with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Profiel
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- You have a background in the railway or automotive sector
- You possess strong communication skills
- You are willing to travel within Europe about once a month
- You have some initial work experience and can handle contracts and budgets
- You speak and write fluent English; German is a plus
