Service Engineer
Functieomschrijving
- Complete repairs and commissioning of equipment, addressing issues with remote engineers and participating in escalation calls.
- Perform retrofits and assist with process issues.
- Maintain full customer satisfaction and excellent relations.
- Follow all safety procedures, demonstrating safety as a core value.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment on-site.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Document service activities and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
Profiel
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field or engineering.
- Proven hands-on experience in electrical and/or electronic work, mechanical experience is a plus.
- Experience and/or interest in working on highly technological machinery.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry experience is plus.
- Ability to work independently and establish excellent relationships.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and process improvement capabilities.
- Willingness to travel abroad for 20 – 50% of the time.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
