Senior Internal Auditor - Import/Export Belgian Group - BRU

As Head of Internal Audit (full scope) and Homologations, you will report directly to the Sales Director.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct technical visits with customers for the homologation of our partner factories in West Africa, facilitating their integration into homologated supplier lists.


• Coordination of audit activities and management of interactions with certification bodies. Monitoring and implementation of ISO standards and European laws/regulations.


• Business Partner role: ensure that improvement proposals formulated during the internal audit are understood, implemented and respected by the company and its partner factories.


• Analysis, reporting and publication: prepare detailed analyses, audit reports and publications to document and share the results of audits and compliance initiatives

• Degree in Management, Finance, Engineering or equivalent


• French speaker with a good level of English (minimum B2), both written and spoken


• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in internal audit, full-scope


• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills


• Business Partner mentality: ability to advise and coach teams


• First experience in a B2B industrial environment is a considerable asset


• First experience in contact with production areas, factories or customers in West Africa is a considerable asset


• Willingness to travel abroad (around 2 to 3 months a year, for periods of one to two weeks maximum) to partner factories in West Africa, all expenses paid.
