Pathos is looking for an Internal Account Manager for Vertimac, a leading distributor of aerial work platforms, telehandlers, and transport solutions. Vertimac maintains a permanent stock of over 500 high-quality machines, including premium brands and specialized products for niche markets. As expected, you will be joining an international team. Despite their global orientation, Vertimac remains a family business, which allows them to maintain high quality standards. A record year in 2023 confirmed their energy, enthusiasm, and strong teamwork. As an Internal Account Manager, you will support the sales team with the commercial and administrative follow-up of deals, specifically for the Romanian market. You will work in the Spare Parts department, where you are responsible for processing orders for batteries, engine parts, hydraulic components, etc.
- Maintain daily contact with B2B clients to follow up on sales files, confirm orders, communicate promotions, and provide advice.
- Build long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Manage the entire sales flow for the Romanian market.
- Be part of a young, dynamic team and report directly to the head of sales.
