- We're looking for a driven colleague with a strong desire to strengthen the position of our colourful baby and children's brand, Trixie, in Wallonia & Luxembourg.
- The majority of customers in the region are already identified, allowing you to focus on deepening existing relationships. Yet you're not afraid to look for new customers.
- Following a sales plan, you'll regularly visit your customer portfolio (a mix of smaller retailers and larger key accounts) for commercial discussions, product displays, new product introductions, etc.
- With your persuasive skills and negotiation prowess, you'll maximize the customer relationship, creating a win-win situation for both parties.
- While you'll be on the road frequently, you'll also maintain close contact with your Trixie colleagues responsible for commercial support, product management, logistics, etc.
- You'll occasionally participate in (inter)national trade fairs.
Profiel
- You have proven sales experience (in toys, interior, or related fields is a plus) and consider selling as your second nature.
- With your commercial flair and drive, you know how to motivate people.
- You can accurately assess the needs and issues of customers and then translate them into answers and solutions.
- You possess analytical insight and regularly delve into sales figures.
- You feel comfortable in a role that primarily takes place on the road and with customers.
- You are proficient in Dutch, French and English.
