Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and video calls. Attend industry events and network with potential partners. Build strong relationships with leads by actively listening to their needs. Translate customer needs into tailored Deliverect solutions. Schedule demo calls with Account Executives. Manage the initial sales pipeline, qualifying leads based on predefined criteria. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and maximize lead conversion. Utilize HubSpot CRM to track lead interactions and measure campaign performance. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead nurturing processes. Set and achieve ambitious lead generation and qualification goals. Track progress, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt strategies. Provide regular performance updates to the Sales Manager.
Profiel
Your Expertise Experience in B2B sales and high-volume outbound calling. Passion for sales and a team-oriented approach. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools. Ability to multitask and organize workload. Fluent in English, additional languages a plus. Knowledge of the hospitality industry or SaaS experience. Drive to achieve sales targets. Understanding of restaurant and retail technology (preferred). Knowledge of UK food brands (especially London-based) (preferred).
