A Typical Day Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets in the SMB and Lower Mid Market segments. Consultative Sales: Lead a consultative, solutions-based sales process, deeply understanding customer needs and tailoring Deliverect solutions. Sales Operations: Drive pipeline growth, manage sales operations using Hubspot and CRM tools, and ensure robust pipeline health. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams for aligned product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, and customer retention. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics for sales forecasts, performance tracking, and identifying improvement areas. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership, providing market insights, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations. Daily Management: Conduct regular team/individual check-ins, review performance, provide feedback, and set daily priorities. Coach SDRs/AEs on sales best practices. Customer Focus: Collaborate with your team to understand customer pain points, support large deals, and provide strategic direction for customizing Deliverect solutions. Strategic Planning: Plan quarterly sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and build relationships with high-value customers. Team Development: Work with HR on team recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Profiel
Your Expertise Experienced sales professional (7-10 years) with leadership background. Proven track record of scaling teams, exceeding targets, and managing high-performing teams globally. Expertise in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and building lasting customer relationships. Deep understanding of SMB/mid-market customer needs and driving value/retention. Extensive experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and optimization. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for sales tracking and team management. Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for aligned sales, product development, and go-to-market strategies. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Proficient in using analytics for sales performance tracking and identifying growth opportunities. Experienced in selling across European markets, adapting strategies to cultural and business nuances. Proven leadership in mentoring and coaching diverse sales teams for success. Strong communicator, adept at presenting sales strategies and results to senior leadership. Fluent in English, with French and Dutch a plus. Experience in the food tech industry or POS providers is a valuable asset.
