Within the Tenant Rep team, you will assist our clients in their real estate strategy:
Support clients in defining their real estate strategy: location choice, lease renegotiation, acquisition, or sale.
Offer personalized solutions based on data analysis.
Provide transactional advice backed by deep market intelligence.
Profiel
- University degree or excellent knowledge of the market.
- Proven experience of over 5 years in commercial real estate.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Project management and planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
