We invite you to join our big little family! Your role As Purchase assistant traded goods, you will be supporting the team of traded goods and will report to the Traded goods procurement manager.
- You support the sourcing and contract management process by preparing data for tenders and supplier reviews. You update pricelists in SAP and follow up on contract renewal in close cooperation with the buyers. You follow up on blocked invoices.
- You create and maintain vendor master data in SAP. You are responsible to request updated quality & sustainability certificates and tax information from all active traded goods suppliers.
- You manage the quality complaint process for traded goods products. You act as the bridge between the commercial teams and the supplier, guaranteeing qualitative & timely answers. You prepare monthly/quarterly quality reports and support the yearly vendor rating.
- You are the expert in all admin processes related to traded goods and act as role model in the execution of these processes in the local traded goods community.
- You are the owner of the traded goods Sharepoint and manage the documentation of the above-mentioned process in structured and efficient way.
Are you the one we’re looking for?
- You have a bachelor’s degree (or equal by relevant experience) and are interested in data & processes.
- You can work autonomously and like to take initiative in getting things done.
- Besides paying attention to details, you are also pragmatic and proactive. You are a problem solver.
- You are a strong communicator and have a structured way of working.
- Experience with systems like SAP, MS Office, Sharepoint and Power BI is a plus.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
