Allocate & confirm (release) loaded products & quantities
Welcome external drivers for transport
Handle transport documents (receive, verify, transmit, and hand over after loading)
Coordinate with the lab on quality checks based on shipment priorities
Work with the Export team for smooth logistics
Track & report truck timings (arrival, loading, document handover)
Step in for warehouse staff when needed
Ensure compliance with global food safety & security standards (HACCP, BRC, FDA, Halal, Kosher & more)

Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work efficiently with different teams.
? Great Communicator: Clear and professional communication, both written and spoken.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive in optimizing processes and finding better ways to work.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Bilingual: Fluent in French and Dutch (both spoken and written).
