What will you be doing at Agristo?
- Checking, monitoring and adjusting the production process with a view to increasing continuity and efficiency, in consultation with your team leader.
- Following the daily schedule, translating it into specific tasks for the shift you work and responding to changes: starting and stopping lines, product changes, cleaning tasks, etc.
- Ensuring that the installations are cleaned correctly (in accordance with hygiene and safety standards) and giving extra instructions to your colleague cleaner if necessary.
- Carrying out the necessary registrations in the ERP system: production data, consumption of auxiliary raw materials.
- Adjusting process parameters (where necessary) within the known range.
- Interested and eager to also master other tasks and responsibilities within the production process? Super! You will have the opportunity to (eventually):
- Further train yourself in specific areas concerning quality, control systems, packaging, planning, etc.
- To actively assume your role in these areas at a number of times each year.
- Participate in a multifunctional team environment, where teamwork and a sense of responsibility are paramount! #OneTeam

- Are you an enthusiastic and driven doer with common sense who wants to go for it together with a team?

- Familiar with working with computers and keen to learn new programmes?
- You will work in two shifts during the week from 05h-13h or from 13h-21h.
