- Develop and execute a strategic multi-year product marketing plan, ensuring product viability through continuous review of formulations, packaging, and product mix.
- Collaborate with business intelligence and sales teams to gather customer insights, conduct competitive analysis, and create impactful go-to-market strategies.
- Own product positioning, profitability, and pricing, for assigned product families and driving profitability through strategic decisions.
- Lead the innovation process by generating new product ideas, and take charge of successful product launches.
- Create compelling marketing materials (electronic, print, multimedia) to support product promotions, including POS materials, incentives, and pricing strategies.
- Provide support and training to sales teams, equipping them with technical documentation and product knowledge to drive success.
Profiel
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in product management/ product marketing or sales support.
- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C distribution and industrial markets, with strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
- You are fluent in English and preferably in Dutch; knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.
- You are willing to work from the Zele office 3 days a week.
