Prevention Advisor - Food Industry
Functieomschrijving
- Developing and implementing health and safety policies
- Overseeing risk assessments and inspections
- Organizing safety training sessions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation
- Facilitating the identification and resolution of health and safety issues
- Promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization
- Providing regular reports on health and safety performance
- Advising on protective clothing and equipment
Profiel
A successful Prevention Advisor should have:
- A certificate as Prevention Advisor level 2
- Experience in industrial environment is preferred (but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is an asset)
- Ability to develop and deliver coaching
- Familiarity with health and safety legislation
